The Alberta Watercourse Crossing Guidebook (AWC3) was developed to assist in the recovery of lost, isolated, and damaged fishery habitats caused by poorly installed or maintained watercourse crossings. The 2024 edition of the guidebook aims to empower professionals involved in all aspects of watercourse crossing projects—providing clear, practical guidance to improve outcomes for aquatic ecosystems.
