COMMUNITY TREEBATE ONLINE FORM

With the expansion of our district, The WIWD will be offering a NEW tree rebate program to all residents within district boundaries. This program will allow residents to purchase trees and shrubs from the supplier of their choice, making our program more accessible for everyone.

Terms & Conditions

Rebate cheques will be issued for eligible trees and shrubs ONLY
Trees and shrubs must be ordered between September 1st, 2025 and July 15th, 2026.
Planting location must be within the WIWD boundaries to qualify for rebate.
Submit completed rebate form, itemized receipt, packing slip (for online orders) & photos of the planted trees/shrubs.
Maximum rebate : $80.00 per household, covering product cost, GST & PST. (Shipping not included).
Limit of one (1) rebate application per household/resident per year. (Businesses are not eligible.)
Rebates are issued by cheque; ensure accurate mailing address is provided.
Rebates to be distributed on a first come first serve basis. Program is subject to available funds, and may be discontinued without notice.
