Office Temporarily Closed
The WIWD office will be closed on November 9th & 10th as we attend the Manitoba Forage & Grassland Association conference.
In observance of Remembrance Day, our office will be closed on November 11. We will reopen on November 12 at regular hours 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Community Treebate Program
The Community Treebate is open as of September 1st 2026!

The West Interlake Watershed District will be carrying out the Community Treebate Program starting September 1st 2026.
​
Follow the link to participate in the 2027 Planting program (eligible for up to $80.00 in rebate).

​Programming is based on a first-come, first-serve basis. Program is subject to available funds, and may be discontinued without notice.

Administrative & Community Programs Coordinator
The West Interlake Watershed District (WIWD) is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative & Community Programs Coordinator to oversee community programs, manage administrative operations and records, maintain the District’s website and social media channels, develop promotional content, and coordinate meetings and events. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, communicate effectively, and work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
